Locally integration is available in the April 2021 version of Ascend (released 28 April, 2021).
Once you’ve set up product exports, they’ll happen automatically
happen. Any active (not hidden) product which has Properties
> eCommerce checked is included.
Exports happen according to the schedule you set for the inventory feed report. Locally generally processes changes within 30 minutes of upload.
Exports happen overnight and every two hours during the day. SmartEtailing processes inventory changes between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm US Pacific time, and processes all other product changes and/or additions at 2:00 am US Pacific time.
Sherpa tip: By default, new locations are set up to export product information overnight - if you wish to export more often, contact Ascend support.
eCommerce is checked by default on all products which were created after you updated to the Winter 2016 version of Ascend. However, if the product existed in your system prior to this update, eCommerce may have gotten unchecked if the product didn't meet the following criteria at the time of upgrade:
- The product was on an active sales promotion with E-Commerce checked.
- The product was in stock or had Non Inventory checked.
- The product was on order (on a vendor order, but Rec'd was not checked).
- The product had been sold (was on a finished/completed sale) in the previous 90 days.
