- From the Payment
toolbar, click the Gift Card button.
- The Amount field
automatically populates with the amount due on the transaction. If the amount
the customer wishes to use is different, enter that amount instead.
Sherpa Tip: Not
sure how much the customer has available? Click the Check Gift Card Balance button at the bottom of the window.
- Click in the Gift
Number field and have the customer swipe the gift card on your Ingenico
- If the customer overpaid on the transaction, the Change Due dialog box displays. Click OK to return cash to the customer.
