- From the Payment
toolbar, click the Trek CC button.
- The Amount field
automatically populates with the amount due on the transaction. If the amount
the customer wishes to charge is different, enter that amount instead.
- From the Plan Option
drop-down, select the appropriate financing terms.
Sherpa Tip: Be sure to select
the correct financing plan. Trek Card
charges cannot be voided or refunded on the same day.
- From the Purchase
Description drop-down, select the category which best fits the majority of
the customer’s purchase.
- Click the Take
Payment button and have the customer swipe the card on your Ingenico
- If the customer overpaid on the transaction, the Change Due dialog box displays. Click OK to return cash to the customer.
