Add a logo to the receipt printer
Once you’ve installed your printer driver, you may wish to display your logo (or other image) on your receipts.
- Navigate to Devices and Printers.
Sherpa tip: Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type Devices and Printers to get there as quickly as possible. - Right-click on the appropriate printer and choose Printing Preferences.
- Select the Advanced Settings tab and click the Advanced Settings button.
- Under Printing Timing, select Start of Document and click Select Image.
- Click the Specify NV Logo button.
- Click the Storing Logos button.
- Click the Add button.
- Navigate to the location where you saved your image file and double-click it.
- If the image is too large, you'll receive a message to resize it. Click OK.
- Select the Multi-Tone tab. Change the Brightness and Density settings as needed to optimize the image on the right.
- Click OK.
- In the Decimal Number fields, enter 48.
- Click OK.
- From the Alignment drop-down (under the Preview display), select Center.
- Click the Store to Printer button.
- Click OK.
- Click the Set button, then close the APD Utility window.
- Click OK to save your changes and exit the driver.
