Trek Connect Retail Marketing (TCRM) 2021 Winter Service Special

Use the Trek Connect Retail Marketing Winter Service Special campaign to encourage your customers to have their bikes serviced before spring and the riding season hit. From January 2-February 28, customers who purchase a service package receive a tiered discount based on the price of the package they select.

System setup

  • Download the Trek Connect Winter Service Special Promotion coupons using the Coupon Wizard utility. Print labels to keep at your cash registers.
    Sherpa Tip: If you're a multi-store retailer, coupons automatically share between all locations, so you only need to download these coupons at one location.
  • Download and install the advertising image on your Ingenico payment terminal.

At time of sale

Sherpa tip: Enter ALL service as a work order, no matter how small – this will help you account for your mechanics’ time and give you better reporting on your service center.
Record service recommendations for customers’ bikes in a multi-point inspection, then refer back to these to entice customers to take advantage of this service special.

Redeem these discounts like any other coupon. In the Payment dialog box, scan the appropriate label in the Code field, or select the appropriate coupon from the Description drop-down.

Coupon usage

  1. From the Ascend Desktop, click the Reports tile.

  2. Expand Payments (in the left pane) and double-click Coupon Use History.

  3. Select your desired date range and coupon, then click the OK button.
